		<description>I agree we should be taking care of our bodies to prevent problems with the heart.  Also to decrease the obesity epidemic.  Exercises are very important combined with good healthy diet.

Jogging is an excellent exercise as is walking or swimming.  Actually I love to swim and it is gentle as I need.  Cutting sugar from your diet can be very helpful.  A couple of my very close friends are in their 60's and are healthier than I am at the age of 31.

I found this information very interesting.
